The property is bounded by The Embarcadero, Washington, Drumm, and Jackson Streets and will include the Port’s Seawall Lot 351.
The project will include approximately 134 residential units, 20,000 SF of restaurants and retail, and 30,000 SF of outdoor public open spaces and parks, extending Jackson Street and Pacific Avenue to the waterfront. The plans also include a new health club and aquatics center. An underground garage consisting of approximately 127 spaces will serve the residential units and 200 public spaces will serve the adjacent Ferry Building Waterfront Area and Farmer’s Market.
